Tasting Dish, 4.25", Red on Red Enamelware

4" solid red tasting dish with stainless steel rim. Perfect for sides, condiments, and dipping sauces or oils! The dish stands 1" high and holds 4 ounces.

This enamelware is made of carbon steel coated with porcelain enamel and trimmed with a stainless steel rim. Oven and broiler safe to 500 degrees. Dishwasher safe, but dry promptly. Do not wash with hard water softeners or lemon based detergents- this will affect the finish. Do not leave in standing water. Enamelware is naturally non-stick and washes up with little effort. Do not use abrasives or scratch pads.
Pieces have a base coat with a secondary coat that is swirled on that results in a slightly textured surface. Because of this hand dipped process, no two pieces are alike in pattern or color coverage.
Enamelware should not be used in the microwave.
