Shipping
All orders will be shipped via Federal Express or United Parcel Service except for smaller items which may be shipped using United States Postal Service. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or International locations are also done by FedEx or USPS and can incur additional shipping surcharges. All orders are shipped by ground transportation unless otherwise specified during the ordering process. Additional charges may occur with the use of air transportation and may be charged separately. Backordered items will also be shipped by ground transportation unless otherwise specified during the ordering process. Shipping inquiries can be made by emailing customer service at anytime after the order has been finalized by Kolorful Kitchen & Home Decor. Although we make every effort to ship all orders in a timely manner, normally same or next day on in-stock items, occasionally we may experience delays from our vendors. Please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery. Currently our website does not support International shipping. Buyers can email requests for International shipping and we'll get back to you within 48 hours. International Shipping can sometimes incur duty, customs, taxes and/or brokerage fees which are solely the responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer does not pay such fees incurred to the carrier, fees will be charged back to the buyer automatically via the credit card used during the initial checkout procedure.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), Kolorful Kitchen & Home Decor will accept returns within 15 days of purchase for full credit minus the appropriate shipping costs. All products must be returned in the original new condition from which they were purchased with all manufacturer labels, stickers, logos, and/or UPC Codes still attached to the product(s). All products must be returned in their original manufacturer packaging and/or boxes. All authorized returns are inspected upon receipt and any used and/or damaged products are returned back to the customer at the customers expense. We do not accept returns of discontinued and/or close-out items. We do not accept returns for items used in photo shoots or relabeled after taking unauthorized photographs of our products. Large quantities of 72 or more of any one particular product cannot be returned. Seasonal Christmas items cannot be returned with no exceptions. Opened berries, fruits, or vegetables cannot be returned. Due to potential overstock of any one particular product, a 20% restocking fee is accessed for authorized returns of 12 or more products of any one particular item, color, or style. Orders of 48 or more of any one particular item is considered a special order and may require an extra 2-5 business days to ship and cannot be returned for any reason. Orders of 48 or more of any one particular item that are refused by the recipient at time of delivery will incur a 75% restocking fee.
To Return a Product
Email or telephone customer service with your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for return to receive your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). No returns are accepted without an RMA# and will be refused at the receiving dock without the RMA# clearly printed on the outside of your package. RMA#'s are good for 15 days. Customer is responsible for shipping product back to Kolorful Kitchen & Home Decor in good condition using a strong corrugated container with appropriate packing materials, preferably the same one as received. Credit will be made to customer's account in the same manner as paid, upon receipt and inspection of returned product(s). Proper RMA returns received after the 15 day grace period are subject to a 20% restocking fee and proper RMA returns received after 30 days will be refused.

If Your Product Arrived Incorrect, Damaged or Broken
We make every effort to insure that your order is shipped in a well protected container. Should you receive your order and it is damaged or incorrect, please contact Customer Service via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. Please provide your name, address, telephone number, order number and the product(s) involved and damage incurred within 15 days of purchase. For damaged merchandise, a Fed Ex claim will be initiated and a damage report for item(s) and box condition will be needed. Incorrect merchandise shipments will be returned to us at our expense and replacements will be shipped in a timely manner. Damaged merchandise may not need to be returned at our discretion and will be replaced in a timely manner.
If shipment is refused upon delivery, a full product refund will be credited, minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee, provided the product has not been opened and is in its' original condition. Prices, policies, and products are subject to change without notice.
