Mixing Bowl Set, Red on Red Enamelware

Set of 3 solid red mixing bowls with stainless steel rims. Diameters: 9.25", 10", and 10.75". Fitted plastic lids are included. Capacity for each bowl is: 3, 3.5, and 4.5 quarts.
This enamelware is made of carbon steel coated with porcelain enamel and trimmed with a stainless steel rim. Pieces have a great resistance to chipping. Oven and broiler safe to 500 degrees. Dishwasher safe, but dry promptly. Do not wash with hard water softeners or lemon based detergents- this will affect the finish. Do not leave in standing water. Enamelware is naturally non-stick and washes up with little effort. Do not use abrasives or scratch pads.
Pieces have a base coat with a secondary coat that is swirled on that results in a slightly textured surface on the exterior; the interior is smooth white. Because of this hand dipped process, no two pieces are alike in pattern or color coverage.
Enamelware should not be used in the microwave.
