Black on Black 15.5" Enamelware Serving Tray

15.5" round, deep tray with stainless steel rim from Golden Rabbit. The tray stands 1.5" high.

This enamelware is made of carbon steel coated with porcelain enamel and trimmed with a stainless steel rim. Oven and broiler safe to 500 degres. Dishwasher safe, but dry promptly. Do not wash with hard water softeners or lemon based detergents- this will affect the finish. Do not leave in standing water. Enamelware is naturally non-stick and washes up with little effort. Do not use abrasives or scratch pads.
Pieces have a black base coat with a secondary black coat that is swirled on that results in a slightly textured surface. Because of this hand dipped process, no two pieces are alike in pattern or color coverage.
Enamelware should not be used in the microwave.
